Honeywell VR8615V1014U gas solenoid valves are a reliable means of controlling the flow of gas in various home systems, such as heating, radiators, boilers and water heaters. Each of these regulators is equipped with two electric actuators:

1. Safety valve control: The first mechanism is designed to control the opening of a safety valve of Class A or B in accordance with EN 161. This provides an additional level of security in gas supply systems.

2. Main valve control: The second mechanism is designed to control the opening of the main valve of class B, C or J in accordance with EN 161. This ensures accurate and efficient control of the gas flow in the system.

The Resideo VR8615 V 1014U gas regulator is designed to control gas heating systems using DSI, HSI or IP ignition systems for the main burner. It provides reliable control of the burner by means of two-position electrical actuators.

The main characteristics of this regulator include:

1. Ignition systems: The regulator is compatible with DSI, HSI or IP ignition systems, which makes it ideal for gas heating systems with a main burner.

6. Flexible installation: The controller can be installed within a 90° angle in any direction from the vertical position of the two-position electric actuator, which provides flexibility in installation.

7. Easy installation: There are two threaded mounting holes in the base of the valve for reliable installation on the heating system.

8. Electrical connection: The two-position actuator of the main valve is equipped with an electrical connector according to DIN standard, which simplifies its connection to AMP connectors and ensures reliable control of the gas flow.

Principle of operation

The principle of operation of the VR8615V1014B gas solenoid valve is the automatic control of the gas outlet pressure. The system has positive feedback, which ensures that the main valve is closed in case of a power failure or gas supply. This ensures a stable outlet pressure, regardless of changes in the inlet pressure. If there is no need for pressure regulation, it is possible to lock the regulator spring, which allows you to control the output pressure based on the full pressure of the “servogas”.
