Honeywell VR425FA5016-1000 Class A gas valves are designed for effective control and regulation of the flow of gaseous fuel in various technical devices, including powerful gas burners, atmospheric gas boilers, melting furnaces, incinerators and other units that use gas during operation.

The Resideo VR425 FA 5016-1000 CVI valves are designed for use both in systems with spark ignition of the burner (DBI) and in systems with a pilot burner (IP). As standard, these valves are equipped with two main valves, V1 and V2, each with specific functions.

The V1 safety valve provides quick opening and closing for reliable gas flow control. On the other hand, the second valve (V2) can be configured for fast regulation of gas flow or slow regulation with adjustable opening, depending on the specific requirements of the process.

A pressure control valve is located between valves V1 and V2, which further optimizes the operation of the gas control system.

Honeywell VR425FA 5016-1000 combined gas valves have four flange connections on both sides of the main body, which allows you to install various additional devices, such as the inlet pressure switch of the C60VR series, the intermediate pressure switch of the C60VR series, as well as the valve inspection system (VPS) in various configurations and locations of the VR420AE1009-1000 gas regulator housing, providing flexibility easy to set up and use.

Design and principle of operation

Honeywell VR425FA5016-1000 gas solenoid valves are controlled by two-position devices, opening and closing under the influence of actuators. The actuators contain a coil, a locking sleeve and a plunger connected to a rubber valve.

They work as a servo system, maintaining the valves in a normally open state through a pressure regulator built into the regulator membrane. The power supply to the actuators directs the gas through the diaphragm to the servo system, lifting the diaphragm and adjusting the exhaust pressure.

When the generated pressure exceeds the set value, the control valve partially reduces the pressure, ensuring a stable exhaust pressure. The adjustment can be carried out by means of an adjustment screw.

Standards

The VR425FA5016-1000 gas solenoid valves are designed in accordance with the European standard EN 126. Their safety shut-off valve conforms to Class “A” and meets high bending stress requirements.

Regarding electrical safety, Honeywell VR425 FA 5016-1000 valves can be used in devices conforming to the series of European standards EN 60335, established for household and industrial electrical devices.

In addition, the VR425FA 5016-1000 gas valves comply with all electromagnetic compatibility standards for both non-industrial and industrial installations.
