Before installing Honeywell ST7800A1047 purge timer, disconnect the power to avoid electrical shock and equipment damage. Remove the keyboard display module, dust cover, data bus module, or remote reset module, and pull out the current ST7800A relay module. Ensure the new ST7800A1047 timer card is set to the desired time and insert it into the relay module slot. Reattach all removed modules and restore power. Run the burner through a complete cycle to verify proper operation.
