Honeywell S4565AF1007 gas boiler control unit

The combined control and ignition system (CVI) is designed for use in gas boilers, heaters and water heaters with an automatic ignition system. This system uses Honeywell S4565AF1007V01B ignition regulators, which interact with gas regulators from the VK41… series, providing reliable protection in case of emergencies. This system provides safe ignition and flame control on the main burner of the heating system, and also provides the ability to configure the ignition process, monitor the flame and regulate the gas flow for both the main and pilot burners.

The S4565AF 1007V01B series includes various variations designed for systems with spark ignition of the burner (DBI) and systems with ignition of the pilot burner (IP), providing a safe ignition time. The suffix AF indicates that this is an atmospheric system with spark ignition of the burner.

The Honeywell S4565 AF 1007V01B ignition regulators with a voltage of 220/240 V~ can be directly connected to the electrical circuit of the gas regulator from the VK41 series …, although it is important to note that they themselves do not directly affect the flame. These ignition regulators offer outstanding performance and high reliability, and are available in various modifications corresponding to different ignition systems.

In addition, the Dakon 73201377 and 738101319 Honeywell control unit is used in the DUA 24CK boiler, which ensures the efficient functioning of the heating system and flame control in this installation.

General provisions

– All burner control protection functions are integrated into a reliable system.

– Special attention is paid to optimal solutions for systems with spark ignition of the burner (DBI) and systems with pilot burner (IP) for ignition of the main burner.

– The gas regulator and ignition regulator are designed using time-tested principles.

– The installation of the ignition regulator on the gas regulator is simplified thanks to the connector provided on the top of the regulator.

– It is possible to install the regulator within an angle of 90° in any direction from the vertical position of the two-position electric actuator.

Reset the lock

The Honeywell S4565AF1007V01U ignition regulators can be reset by pressing their own or external reset button. If the first attempt fails, you should wait at least 15 seconds before trying again.

The ignition regulator is designed in accordance with European standards:
