The combined control and ignition system (KVI) is designed for use in gas boilers, as well as heaters and water heaters with automatic ignition systems. This system uses Honeywell S4565A3050U gas controller, which work together with VK41 series gas regulators, providing reliable safety measures. This system guarantees safe ignition and flame control of the main burner of the heating system, allowing you to program ignition, flame control and gas flow control for both the main and pilot burners.

Relay S4565A 3050U includes options for spark ignition systems (DBI) and pilot ignition systems (IP), providing a safe ignition moment. The suffix “A” indicates that this is an atmospheric system with spark ignition of the burner.

The Honeywell S4565 A 3050U burner control unit with a rated voltage of 220/240 V~ can be directly connected to the electrical circuit of VK41 series gas regulators. It is important to note that they are not intended for direct interaction with the flame. These ignition controllers are characterized by excellent performance, high reliability and various modifications for different ignition systems.

5. The controller can be installed at an angle of 90° in any direction from the vertical position of the two-position electric drive.

Reset the lock

The Honeywell S4565A3050 ignition controllers can be reset by pressing their own or external reset button. If the first attempt was unsuccessful, you should wait at least 15 seconds before trying again.

The burner controller is designed in accordance with European standards:

1. EN 298: Automatic control systems for gas burners.

2. EN 60730-1: Automatic electrical control for domestic and similar use.

From the point of view of electrical safety, the ignition controller can be used in installations that meet the electrical safety requirements of household electrical appliances defined by the series of European standards EN 60335.
