The Honeywell R7061A1008 ultraviolet dynamic self — testing amplifier is a semiconductor plug-in module that responds to flame detector signals and indicates the presence of flame when used with flame protection monitoring devices such as R7241, BC7000, R4348, R4140 and C7061A.
The self-test circuit checks all electronic components of the flame detection system 120 times per minute during burner operation and turns it off when the detector fails. The red flame indicator LED flashes when the flame detector “sees” a flame. The R7061A is designed for use with the C7061A ultraviolet flame detector (for gas, fuel oil, and coal burners); includes a solid-state switch for the C7061A flap.
