Resideo C7061A1079 is an photoresistor for combustible materials. Interacts with amplifier R7061 and relay R4348 or with amplifier R7861A and burner programmers 7800.
Terminal block for the Honeywell C7061A 1079 photo resistance – clamp type, removable screws. The sensor is installed up to 300 m from the flame control relay. Provides a closed loop with self-monitoring for reliable operation and avoiding false alarms that cause emergencies.
Features
• Two flame detectors can be connected in parallel to reduce the likelihood of false alarms in complex flame detection.
• The flame detector can be mounted on a swivel bracket.
• The UV sensor tube is designed to operate at temperatures up to -40°C (-40°F).
• When using the R7861 amplifier and the 7800 series programmer, the flap controls the ultraviolet radiation sensor, closing 12 times per minute in the control mode. When using the amplifier R7061 and the flame control relay R4348, the frequency of vibration of the damper is 60 times per minute. The microprocessor in the 7800 control unit controls the circuit.
• Detectors can be installed horizontally, vertically or at any angle. The Honeywell C7061 A 1079/B photocell with self-test requires adjustment of the front panel and support points for the correct installation of the shutter mechanism.
• Replacement of the UV sensor tube and quartz window can be carried out on site.
• A device with a built-in UV sensor monitoring function is used with the R7061 and R7861 amplifiers with dynamic self-checking.
• As an additional equipment, a quartz viewing window can be installed for high pressure (50 lb/sq. inch or 345 kPa).
Technical specifications
The Honeywell C7061A1079/B phoro unit in a standard housing with a built-in self-monitoring function has the following characteristics:
– Nominal pressure for quartz viewing window: up to 138 kPa (20 lb/sq. inch).
– Weight: 3.3 kg (7.3 lb).
– Mounting and orientation: A mounting flange with an internal thread of NPT 3/4″ is used for mounting on the sighting pipe.
– Connection: Cable with multicolored cores conforming to NEC Class 1, 8 feet (2.4 m) long.
– Operating range of the external air: -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to +160°F) with a decrease in the maximum temperature by 1°F for every 13°F of the temperature on the aspirator above 160°F.
– Storage temperature: -51°C to +85°C (-60°F to +185°C).
– Interchangeability: This model is not compatible with other flame detector models.
