Honeywell C7061A1053/B is a dynamic self-monitoring ultraviolet flame sensor that detects radiation during the combustion of gases, oil and other fuels.Gorenje The Resideo C7061A1053 is a standard flame detector.
The sensor interacts with the UV signal amplifier R7061 and the flame control relay R4348, or with the amplifier R7861A and the burner programmers 7800. These configurations provide a closed loop with self-monitoring, ensuring reliable operation of the amplifier and detector. An incorrect response, such as a false alarm, can cause an emergency stop and/or alarm activation.
Terminal block C7061A1053/U – clamp type, with removable screws, in compartment C7061 A 1053 /U. The registration cell includes a sensitive tube, a shutter, a terminal block and a magnifying lens. The sensor can be installed at a distance of up to 300 m from the flame control programmer/relay.
Features
1. The flap controlling the ultraviolet radiation sensor closes 12 times per minute when using the R7861 amplifier and the 7800 series programmer, performing the control function. In the case of using the amplifier R7061 and the flame control relay R4348, the frequency of vibration of the damper is 60 times per minute. The microprocessor in the 7800 series control unit controls the circuit components.
2. The detectors can be installed horizontally, vertically or at any angle. The Honeywell C7061A1053/B photocell with self-test function requires adjustment of the front panel and has support points for the correct installation of the shutter mechanism.
3. Replacement of the UV sensor tube and quartz window can be carried out on the spot.
4. Two flame detectors can be connected in parallel to reduce the likelihood of false alarms in complex flame detection.
5. The detector can be mounted on a swivel bracket to simplify flame detection.
6. The tube of the ultraviolet radiation sensor is designed to operate at temperatures up to -40 ° C (-40°F).
7. The device has a built-in function of monitoring the ultraviolet radiation sensor and is used with amplifiers R7061 and R7861 with dynamic self-checking.
8. A quartz viewing window for high pressure (50 lbs/sq.m.) can be installed as an additional equipment. inch or 345 kPa).
