The Honeywell C7027A1049 flame sensors are designed to detect the presence of ultraviolet radiation emitted by a flame. They are part of Honeywell’s flame control systems and are used to detect the presence of flames in gas, oil and combined burners.

These flame detectors have the following features:

– Used with R7249A, R7290A, R7749B and R7849A,B amplifiers and corresponding Honeywell control devices.

– The Resideo C7027A1049/B flame sensor has a built-in cuff with 1/2-14 NPSM internal thread for installation on an inspection tube with a diameter of ½ inch.

– The compact dimensions of the Honeywell C7027A1049 sensors provide easy installation on the purge pipe.

– When properly installed, the C7027A1049 can be used at pressures up to 5 psi.

– Two C7027A1049 detectors can be connected in parallel when flame detection is difficult.

– The C7027A1049/U photocell is used exclusively with the R7851B flame amplifier and the corresponding Honeywell control devices.

– Have a built-in cuff with an internal thread 1/2-14 NPSM for installation on an inspection tube with a diameter of ½ inch.

The characteristics of these sensors include:

– Ambient temperature range: -18°C to 102°C or -40°C to +102°C, depending on the model.

– Maximum pressure: 5 psi (34.5 kPa).

– Electrical connections: Two 6-foot-long [1.83 m] color-coded wires, NEC Class 1 (some models come with 24-foot-long [7.32 m] wires).

– Spare parts include flange seal 129685.

Spare parts are also provided, such as flange seal 129808, UV reading tubes 139464M and 139464N, specified for certain temperature ranges and installation on inspection tubes of various diameters.

Sensor data models are an integral part of Honeywell flame monitoring systems, providing reliable flame detection in various conditions and environments.
