Danfoss BFP52EL3 071N2201 oil pumps adjustment:

From the suction line, through the filter, the fuel enters the gear mechanism, which increases its pressure. The diaphragm of the pressure regulator maintains it constant and equal to the setting value. When voltage is applied to the NC valve, it opens and fuel flows to the nozzle. When voltage is applied to the NO-valve, it closes and turns off the regulator.

The pressure rises to the setting level. In 2-pipe mode, excess fuel is returned to the tank via the return line. In single-tube mode, the return line is closed and the screw is missing. Excess fuel is sent to the bypass line.

When the burner is stopped, the supply voltage to the valves stops. The NO-valve opens and the NC-valve closes, stopping the fuel supply to the nozzle.

With 2-pipe mode, purging is not necessary. Through the constriction, the air goes into the return line. In single-tube mode, purging is carried out through the nozzle line fitting, or through the pressure gauge fitting.
