The Brahma NDTM12 37789001 controllers are designed to control atmospheric gas and liquid fuel burners in installations with a non-constant operation cycle.

Brahma NDTM12 37789001 gas firing devices have versions with both manual reset and electric: in the first case, the burner can be restarted only by pressing the reset button by the operator; in the second case, to restart the burner, it is necessary to disconnect and connect the main power supply. These controllers are suitable for combined boilers, heating boilers, steam boilers, air heaters, IR heaters, convectors, water heaters, furnaces and block burners.

Construction

The plastic housing protects the controller from mechanical damage, dust and dirt under operating conditions. The special technology of production and surface installation of electronic components allows you to keep the dimensions of the controller to a minimum, so even complex controllers are very compact. The varistor protects the controller from power supply voltage fluctuations.

Electrical connections

1. The installation must comply with national requirements and European standards (e.g. EN 60335-1/ EN 50165) for electrical safety;

2. The phase and neutral must be connected correctly, an error can lead to dangerous situations. In case of non-compliance with the phase-neutral, the controller will operate in manual reset mode at the end of the start-up safety time;

3. Check the cable connections carefully before starting the system. An incorrect connection can damage the controller and compromise security;

4. Check the grounding of the controller, the metal housing of the burner and the grounding of the main power supply;

5. Ensure the distance between the ionization cable and the power cables/ignition cables;

6. Use the shortest and straightest ignition cable (max length 25kV).
