Construction

The plastic housing protects the controller from mechanical damage, dust and dirt under operating conditions. The special technology of production and surface installation of electronic components allows you to keep the dimensions of the controller to a minimum, so even complex controllers are very compact. The varistor protects the Brahma NDM32 37565010 controller from power supply voltage fluctuations.

Electrical connections

The installation must comply with national requirements and European standards, such as EN 60335-1/EN 50165, for electrical safety. When connecting the phase and neutral, the correct sequence must be observed, as an error can lead to dangerous situations. In case of an incorrect connection, the phase-neutral of the controller will operate in manual reset mode after the end of the start-up safety time.

Before starting the system, it is important to carefully check the cable connections, as improper connection can damage the controller and pose a security risk. It is also necessary to check the grounding of the controller, the metal body of the burner and the main power supply.

Additionally, it is necessary to ensure a sufficient distance between the ionization cable and the power cables/ignition cables. The use of the shortest and most direct ignition cable (maximum length 25 kV) is also an important point to ensure the safety of the system.
