Brahma NDM31 37547004 are gas firing devices designed for efficient control of atmospheric gas and liquid fuel burners in systems with a non–constant operation cycle. They have automatic ignition systems with two options for resetting the accident: manual, where the burner is restarted by pressing a button by the operator, and electric, which requires disconnecting and reconnecting the main power supply to resume burner operation. These controllers are used in a variety of devices such as combined boilers, heating installations, steam boilers, air heaters, IR heaters, convectors, water heaters, furnaces and block burners.

Construction

The plastic housing provides reliable protection of the controller from mechanical damage, and also protects it from dust and dirt during operation. The technology used for the production and installation of electronic surface components allows you to maintain the minimum dimensions of the controller, making it very compact even in the case of complex functions. In addition, the varistor protects the controller from the effects of voltage fluctuations in the power supply network, ensuring its stable operation.

Electrical connections

• The installation must comply with national requirements and European standards (e.g. EN 60335-1/ EN 50165) for electrical safety;

• The phase and neutral must be connected correctly, an error can lead to dangerous situations. In case of non-compliance with the phase-neutral, the controller will operate in manual reset mode at the end of the start-up safety time;

• Check the cable connections carefully before starting the system. An incorrect connection can damage the controller and compromise security;

• Check the grounding of the controller, the metal housing of the burner and the grounding of the main power supply;

• Ensure the distance between the ionization cable and the power cables/ignition cables;

• Use the shortest and straightest ignition cable possible (max length 25kV).
