Brahma NDM12 37520007 burner control units are a reliable and efficient solution for controlling atmospheric gas and liquid fuel burners in systems with a non-constant operating cycle. This ignition automation provides the user with two versions of the emergency reset – manual and electric. In the case of a manual reset, the operator can easily restart the burner by pressing the appropriate reset button, and in the case of an electrical reset, it is necessary to disconnect and reconnect the main power supply to successfully restart the burner.
These Brahma NDM12 37520007 controllers are designed for use in a variety of installations, including combined boilers, heating systems, steam boilers, air heaters, IR heaters, convectors, water heaters, furnaces and block burners. Due to their reliability, flexibility and ease of operation, Brahma NDM12 37520007 control boxes provide an effective solution to ensure stable and safe operation of burners in various applications.

Construction
The plastic housing provides reliable protection of the controller from mechanical damage, dust and dirt under operating conditions. The technology used for the production and surface installation of electronic components allows you to maintain the minimum dimensions of the controller, making it compact and convenient to install. Additional protection is provided by a varistor, which protects the controller from voltage fluctuations in the power supply network.
Electrical connections
• The installation must comply with national requirements and European standards (e.g. EN 60335-1/ EN 50165) for electrical safety;
• The phase and neutral must be connected correctly, an error can lead to dangerous situations. In case of non-compliance with the phase-neutral, the controller will operate in manual reset mode at the end of the start-up safety time;
• Check the cable connections carefully before starting the system. An incorrect connection can damage the controller and compromise security;
• Check the grounding of the controller, the metal housing of the burner and the grounding of the main power supply;
• Ensure the distance between the ionization cable and the power cables/ignition cables;
• Use the shortest and straightest ignition cable possible (max length 25kV).
