Brahma NDE11 37510002 controllers are designed to control atmospheric gas and liquid fuel burners in installations with an intermittent operating cycle.

Brahma NDE11 37510002 automatic gas firing devices systems have versions with both manual and electric reset of the accident: in the first case, restarting the burner is possible only by pressing the reset button by the operator; in the second case, to restart the burner it is necessary to disconnect and connect the main power. These controllers are suitable for combi boilers, heating boilers, steam boilers, air heaters, infrared heaters, convectors, water heaters, furnaces and block burners.

Design

The housing, made of plastic, protects the controller from mechanical damage, dust and dirt under operating conditions. Special technology for the production and surface installation of electronic components makes it possible to keep the controller dimensions to a minimum, so even complex controllers are very compact. A varistor protects the controller from power supply voltage surges.

Electrical connections

1. The installation must comply with national requirements and European standards (for example EN 60335-1 / EN 50165) for electrical safety;

2. Phase and neutral must be connected correctly, an error may result in dangerous situations. If phase-neutral is not observed, the controller will operate in manual reset mode after the start-up safety time has expired;

3. Before starting the system, carefully check the cable connections. Incorrect connection may damage the controller and compromise safety;

4. Check the grounding of the controller, the metal body of the burner and the grounding of the main power supply;

5. Ensure the distance between the ionization cable and the power/ignition cables;

6. Use the shortest and straightest possible ignition cable (max length 25kV).
