Brahma VM44G 37200728 gas control units are designed to control forced-draft gas burners or fuel oil burners designed for continuous operation.
These devices provide non-volatile locking, in which restarting is possible only by manually resetting the control. Among the numerous functions, the ability to connect various types of air dampers manufactured by Brahma or competing companies for dual flame modulation stands out.
Another feature of the Brahma VM44G 37200728 burner controller is the ability to transmit information about the operating cycle through an appropriate cable.
These controllers are suitable for equipping burners for domestic and industrial single- and double-flame heating.

Construction
The use of surface-mounted components that make up the “logical core” of the system has reduced the size of the printed circuit board, so that even the most complex version takes up very limited space. Using a microcontroller as a logical core allows you to create devices with very flexible operating programs and available functions. The varistor protects the controller from peak mains voltages caused, for example, by atmospheric discharges such as lightning strikes. The built-in fuse protects the controller in case of a short circuit at the outputs (solenoid valves, fan and lock signal).
Undervoltage protection
If the supply voltage is less than 165 VAC (about 78 VAC in 110-120 VAC versions), the device will switch to safe mode during normal operation. The device will restart when the supply voltage exceeds approximately 175 VAC (about 83 VAC in 110 120 VAC versions).
Surge protection
When the supply voltage exceeds approximately 290 VAC (about 143 VAC in 110-120 VAC versions), the device switches to safe mode during normal operation. The device will reboot when the supply voltage is less than about 280 VAC (about 138 VAC in 110-120 VAC versions).
