The Brahma GR1 18049099 automatic control box is designed specifically for single-stage supercharged liquid fuel burners with variable operating mode. Brahma GR1 18049099 relay provides control and management of the fuel combustion process, guaranteeing the safety of operation of the entire system.

Construction

The unique design and the use of surface-mounted components make it possible to reduce the overall dimensions of the control panel. The plastic case provides protection against damage, such as collisions, careless opening, dust ingress, as well as contact with the external environment, providing additional strength and safety of the device.

The inclusion of a varistor in the design protects the control system from sudden voltage surges in the electrical network, which contributes to the stable and safe operation of the control unit. The built-in fuse provides additional protection for the internal relays of the control unit in the event of a short circuit at the outputs, such as valves, ignition transformer, engine and lock signal. These safety measures contribute to the reliable and long-term operation of the control system in various operating conditions.

Connection

For convenient and safe connection of external components, the control unit can be equipped with a type N connector providing a screw terminal block. This ensures simplicity and security when connecting. It is recommended to use M4 type screws to secure the sockets securely. To secure the control element to the outlet, use the pin included in the control unit package. These recommendations ensure ease of installation and ensure reliable connection of external components to the control unit.
