The Brahma M300 18009002 burner control unit is designed for effective control of forced-draft gas burners running on both gas and fuel oil, and is used in both civil and industrial sectors. Brahma M300 18009002 relay is designed for use with burners having the same flame level.

A feature of the Brahma M300 18009002 burner controller is its adaptability to various flame detection methods. It can use both an electrode method based on the properties of flame ionization and rectification, and an ultraviolet phototube. This gives users the flexibility to choose the appropriate flame detection method according to their specific operating conditions.

Construction

The components of the Brahma M300 18009002 relay are carefully fixed on a frame made of pressed heat-curing material with high dielectric resistance. The plastic case provides reliable protection of the control panel from damage that may occur due to failures, careless opening, exposure to dust and environmental influences. Flexible unipolar conductors of various sizes connect all components of the control system, with the exception of the flame detection and pre-purge circuits, which are effectively integrated on the printed circuit board. This design ensures effective communication between the elements of the system, guaranteeing their trouble-free operation, while providing protection from external influences.
