BRAHMA TD2LTCS 15911306 transformers with ignition cable are compact and are used in gas and liquid fuel burners for domestic, commercial and industrial installations. They operate on the basis of a high-frequency electronic generator, increasing the voltage using a high-voltage transformer with a ferritic core to 15 kV. They can be equipped with a filter to reduce electromagnetic interference, conforming to the standards of Directive 2004/108/EC, and have versions for continuous operation (50% duty cycle in 2 minutes).

Construction

The high-frequency electronic generator provides compact dimensions and light weight of BRAHMA TD2LTCS 15911306 ignition transformers with high ignition power. A specially treated ferritic transformer and an electronic circuit provide protection against temperature fluctuations, and an integrated varistor prevents damage from voltage surges. The transformers are available in various versions with different numbers of contacts, high voltage connections and an optional EMC filter.

Connections

1. BRAHMA TD2LTCS 15911306 high voltage transformers are compatible with Brahma controllers and can be attached directly to the transformer using M4x45 screws.

2. Transformers can be supplied with a built-in power cable or with a connector for it, providing flexibility in installation.

3. The connection of the high-voltage cable is carried out inside the insulator and is available in two versions: threaded connection or connection with a connector ø4 mm. All connectors, including connectors with cable, are available on request.

Installation

• ATTENTION! HIGH VOLTAGE.
• Connect and disconnect the BRAHMA TD2LTCS 15911306 transformer only after the power is turned off.
• The installation is carried out in accordance with national and European standards (e.g. EN60355-1 / EN50165) for electrical safety.
• The installation must ensure that the valve body is connected to the ground to provide protection against electric shock (EN60335-1).
• The transformer is installed in any position.
• Do not place high-voltage cables next to other cables.
