BRAHMA TC2SVCA 15911152 ignition transformers are compact in size and are widely used in gas and liquid fuel burners, including domestic, commercial and industrial installations. The operation of these transformers is based on a high-frequency electronic generator, where the voltage is increased using a BRAHMA TC2SVCA 15911152 high-voltage transformer with a ferritic core, reaching output values up to 15 kV.

All variants of TC2SVCA 15911152 spark transformers can be supplied with a filter to reduce electromagnetic interference, which complies with the requirements of Directive 2004/108/EC, and the use of additional external filters is not required. There are also versions for non-permanent operation with 50% of the duty cycle for 2 minutes. These devices provide efficient ignition and high power in various operating conditions.

BRAHMA TC2SVCA 15911152 transformers meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 73/23/EEC, as they have an IMQ resolution in accordance with the standards EN 61558-1:1997 + A1:1998 +A11:2003 and EN 61558-2- 3:2000.

Construction

The principle of operation, based on the use of a high-frequency electronic generator, contributes to the creation of a device with compact dimensions and light weight, while maintaining high ignition power. An electronic circuit and a transformer with a ferritic core are treated with a special compound with high thermal conductivity and a unique expansion coefficient. This provides effective protection against temperature fluctuations and overloads caused by prolonged operation of the device. The built-in varistor additionally protects the device from possible power surges in the power supply network. These transformers are available in various versions, including different number and position of contacts, types of high voltage connections, as well as options with or without an integrated electromagnetic filter (EMC).

Connections

BRAHMA TC2SVCA 15911152 high voltage transformers can be integrated with Brahma controllers installed directly on the transformer using M4x45 screws. Transformer supply options include both models with an integrated power cable and those equipped with a connector for connection. The connection of the high-voltage cable is carried out inside the insulator and is offered in two versions: a threaded connection or a connection through an ø4 mm connector. All types of connectors, including connectors with cable, can be ordered on request.
