BRAHMA TC1SVCAF 15910500 ignition transformers are compact in size and are used in gas and liquid fuel burners for domestic, commercial and industrial use. They use the principle of a high-frequency electronic generator, increasing the voltage using a transformer with a ferritic core to 15 kV.

All variants of the BRAHMA TC1SVCAF 15910500 ignition units can be supplied with a filter to reduce electromagnetic interference, which ensures compliance with the standards of Directive 2004/108/EC without additional external filters. Versions of spark transformers with continuous operation (100% duty cycle) are also available.

Construction

The principle of operation is based on a high-frequency electronic generator, which allows you to create a compact and lightweight device with high ignition power. The electronic circuit and transformer with a ferritic core are treated with a special compound with high thermal conductivity and expansion coefficient, providing protection against temperature fluctuations and overloads during prolonged operation. The built-in varistor protects against possible power surges in the power supply network. The BRAHMA TC1SVCAF 15910500 ignition devices are available in different versions with different number and position of contacts, different types of high voltage connections and power cables, as well as with/without an electromagnetic filter (EMC).

Connections

BRAHMA TC1SVCAF 15910500 transformers with ignition cable are compatible with Brahma controllers, which can be installed directly on the transformer using M4x45 screws. These transformers are offered with options with both a built-in power cable and a connector for it.

The high-voltage cable connection is implemented inside the insulator and is available in two versions: a threaded connection or a connection with an ø4 mm connector. All types of connectors, including cable options, can be ordered on request.
