The BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 ignition transformers are characterized by extremely compact overall dimensions. They are used in gas burners, burners for light and heavy types of liquid fuels in both domestic and commercial as well as industrial installations.
The principle of operation is based on a high-frequency electronic generator; the voltage produced by it increases due to the use of a transformer with a ferritic core, reaching output values up to 15 kV.
All types of BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 transformers can be supplied with a filter to reduce electromagnetic interference. In this case, the electronic transformers comply with the requirements of Directive 2004/108/EC without the use of additional external filters.
BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 spark transformers also have versions for continuous operation (100% duty cycle).

Construction
The principle of operation, based on the use of a high-frequency electronic generator, made it possible to create a device of compact dimensions and low weight, but with high ignition power. The electronic circuit and the transformer with a ferritic core are treated with a special compound with high thermal conductivity and a special expansion coefficient, which provides protection against temperature fluctuations and overloads caused by prolonged operation. The built-in varistor protects the device from possible power surges in the power supply network. BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 high voltage transformers are available in different versions: with different number and position of contacts, types of high voltage connections and power cable, with/without EMC (electromagnetic) filter.
Connections
BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 transformers can be used with Brahma controllers, which can be installed directly on the transformer using M4x45 screws. All BRAHMA TD1LTCAF 15910409 ignition transformers can be supplied with either a built-in power cable or a connector for it.
The connection of the high-voltage cable is carried out inside the insulator and is available in 2 versions: threaded connection, or connection with a connector ø4 mm. All connectors, including connectors with cable, are available on request.
