BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 ignition transformers are extremely compact devices designed for use in gas and liquid fuel burners in domestic, commercial and industrial installations. Their principle of operation is based on a high-frequency electronic generator, which increases the voltage through the use of a transformer with a ferritic core, reaching output values up to 15 kV.

All variants of BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 transformers can be equipped with a filter to reduce electromagnetic interference. With this filter, the electronic transformers comply with the requirements of Directive 2004/108/EC without the need for additional external filters. Spark transformers of this series also have versions for continuous operation (100% duty cycle).

BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 ignition devices meet the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 73/23/EEC, as they have an IMQ resolution in accordance with EN 61558-1:1997 + A1:1998 +A11:2003 and EN 61558-2- 3:2000 standards.

Construction

The principle of operation of the high-frequency electronic generator in BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 transformers allows you to create devices with compact dimensions and low weight, while maintaining high ignition power. The electronic circuit and the ferritic transformer are treated with a special compound with high thermal conductivity and a specific expansion coefficient, providing protection against temperature fluctuations and overloads caused by prolonged operation. The built-in varistor protects the device from possible power surges. BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 transformers are available in various versions with different number and location of contacts, different types of connections for high voltage, different power cables, as well as with/without an electromagnetic filter (EMC).

Connections

BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 transformers are compatible with Brahma controllers, which can be installed directly on the transformer using M4x45 screws. All variants of BRAHMA TD2STCAF 15910557 ignition transformers can be supplied with either a built-in power cable or a connector for it.

The high-voltage cable connection is implemented inside the insulator and is available in two versions: a threaded connection or a connection with an ø4 mm connector. All types of connectors, including cable options, can be ordered on request.
