BRAHMA TD1STCAF 15910526 transformers are compact devices used in gas burners, as well as burners using various types of liquid fuels in home, commercial and industrial installations. They operate on the basis of a high-frequency electronic generator using a transformer with a ferritic core to increase the voltage to 15 kV.

All BRAHMA TD1STCAF 15910526 transformer models are available with a built-in filter that reduces electromagnetic interference. At the same time, they comply with the standards of Directive 2004/108/EC without the need for additional external filters.

There are also versions of BRAHMA TD1STCAF 15910526 spark transformers with the possibility of continuous operation (100% duty cycle).

Construction

The principle of operation of BRAHMA TD1STCAF 15910526 transformers is based on a high-frequency electronic generator, which ensures compact dimensions and low weight of the device with high ignition power. The electronic circuit and transformer with a ferritic core are treated with a special compound with high thermal conductivity and protection against temperature fluctuations during long-term operation. The built-in varistor protects against power surges. Transformers are available in various versions with different parameters and options, including an EMC filter.

Connections

BRAHMA TD1STCAF 15910526 transformers are compatible with Brahma controllers, which can be directly mounted on the transformer using M4x45 screws. All devices in this series can be supplied with a built-in power cable or a connector for it.

The high-voltage cable connection is implemented inside the insulator and is available in two versions: threaded connection or ø4 mm connector. Various types of connectors, including cable options, can be ordered on request.
